Bilateral Shoulder Mobiliser With Sagittal Plane Hip Driver

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a bilatera shoulder mobiliser (into flexion / overhead) using the hips to drive this motion.  This is a great exercise as ones hands are placed on the wall and the individual self selects the degree of movement and speed of movement to encourage closed chain shoulder flexion.  For those regular exercisers who are often in the gym pushing weights overhead, this can be a useful exercise for working on both shoulder and thoracic spine mobility.
