Band Shoulder Warm Up Series

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing some band shoulder warm up exercises focusing on a straight arm pull down variation, horizontal extension and face pull.  Integrating all three movements (with the option of changing the hand position, pull patterns) one can look to work their posterior shoulder girdle and back muscles. This can be incorporated as part of ones warm up for upper body work or could be included as accessory or rehab work for the shoulder girdle.
