Band Resisted Kettlebell Deadlift

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a band resisted kettlebell deadlift.  The band has been added to this exercise to increase the effort during the lift phase of the movement (as one moves the load away from the floor) to increase the effort attached to this phase of the movement.   This is a great strategy should you have limited weights available to increase the load of the lift and for those wishing to overload a particular aspect of the movement.
