1/2 Between A Downward Dog and Wall Hand Stand Shoulder and Thoracic Spine Mobiliser
In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a wall supported shoulder and thoracic spine mobiliser. I quite like this exercise over others because it demands a combination of strength in the shoulder girdle (pushing into the floor and holding ones weight through their upper limb whilst maintaining trunk stability). The aim is to gentle bring the chest towards the floor/wall behind you to encourage greater thoracic spine and shoulder flexion under some load. One could look to perform this for time or reps. Be careful not to try this if you lack the strength to hold yourself in this position or have a shoulder issue that wont cope well with this position or movement.
