Yogaesque Moves – Mobility & Strength

Recently I have started playing around a lot more with combined movement flow exercises that involve whole body mobility and strength.  I have found these very challenging, but also rewarding as I notice small improvements.

In the videos below you will see a couple of examples of these that have been inspired by a number of movement exercise modalities.  These are great for working on mobility and strength through the body as you work to control and move yourself against gravity.  For a 90kg person, I have found these very challenging.
