Yoga Strength Bodyweight Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams perform a downward dog to dolphin pose.  This combines two common yoga poses and requires a great deal of strength and mobility through the upper limb.  It also requires a certain level of mobility and strength through the hips and spines to maintain a neutral spine.  In this case, you can see that I have bent my knees due to some hamstring/back tightness in order to perform the exercise safely.  This exercise is very much focused on the back, shoulders and triceps.
