Wrist and Forearm Stretches For The Office Worker

In the image below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy and Corporate Work Health Australia demonstrating two simple forearm stretches that work to stretch the forearm flexors and extensors which travel along the forearm to the elbow.  These two stretches are great for those individuals who are performing seated based computer work or manual handling.  Hold each stretch for 5-10 seconds and repeat regularly.  Please note:  there should not be any pain felt during these stretches and you are are advised to seek out the help of an allied health professional if that is the case.
