Wrist Exercise For The Office Worker and Manual Handling Worker

In the image below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy and Corporate Work Health Australia demonstrating a simple wrist circle exercise.  The idea is to have your hands closed gently (not a tight fist) and then perform circular movements to mobilise and stretch the wrist.  There should not be any pain felt during this exercise.  This is a great exercise for those office workers who are regularly performing typing and mouse tasks.  For those workers who are required to manual handle work tools and other objects, this also can help to relieve tension that builds up throughout a work shift.
