Workplace Strategies For Spinal Movement

In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy performing some simple pelvic tilts for lumbar and pelvis motion.  In the video you will see a 4 point kneeling version (easy to perform at home or in the privacy of a meeting room) and a sitting and standing version (both of which can be easily performed at work).  Start with 10 pelvic tilts back and forth every time you sit or stand and before you know it you will be performing 50-100 tilts per day.
