Weight Plate Raise To Overhead Integrated With An Overhead Squat

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a weight plate overhead raise (working both the upper limb and torso) and then integrating this into an overhead squat with the raise repeated.  As you can see in the video, Heath has his heels raised and this was undertaken due to ankle mobility restrictions being a contributing factor to his overhead squat.  One would ideally work towards performing the same movement without the heels raise.  This is a nice little exercise that engages the whole body and could act as a nice little warm up for ones heavier squat sets.
