What Does Your Warm Up Look Like?

In the image below you will see some of the exercises prescribed for one of P4O clients warm up routines.  The warm up aspect of ones program is usually the most commonly skipped or abbreviated part of ones training program.  Each warm up should look to address the flexibility/mobility demands of the session as well as look to raise ones core temperature and get the body warm and prepared for training.  This usually involves some form of self release, stretching, dynamic stretching, general movement of the body and a slow raising of the bodys temperature.  If you are a little unsure of what you should incorporate into your warm up for gym training, then perhaps touch base with us at P4O and see if we can help you out.
