Wall Supported Rotational Lunge with Dumbbell Driver – Thoracic Mobility

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a wall supported (hand on wall) rotational lunge with dumbbell rotation through the upper limb.  This exercise drill was prescribed to help encourage thoracic spine rotation using both the lower limb and upper limb to drive movement.  A light load was added to help drive the movement, but not shut down the movement.  This is a suitable exercise for those who are not in pain and are looking to improve on the spinal movement.
