Wall Supported Dumbbell Row – An Osteopaths Perspective

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a wall supported dumbbell row.  This is a variation on the bent over row and allows those individuals who require some additional stability (by resting against the wall).  It also allows the individual to focus on hinging through the hips and getting their torso nearer to the parallel position with less stress placed on the whole body compared to the standing bent over hinge row.
