Wall Mountain Climbers

In the video above you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a mountain climber with the feet placed up on the wall.  This differs to the traditional mountain climber where ones feet are on the ground because one must push into the wall to assist in creating trunk stability.  Ones loading through their shoulder girdle is also increased.  Try and perform this whilst maintaining a steady trunk position i.e. avoid dipping in the lower back and maintaining a stable pelvis position (not tilting to one side).
