Wall Mountain Climber Exercise – Running Drill

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a wall based mountain climber (knee drive).  This is a great exercise for runners as it focuses on having the individual maintain trunk stability and hip stability (lock) on grounded leg as the opposing leg lifts/lowers.  The challenge is focusing on maintaining trunk stability with fast moving legs.
