VIPr lateral lunge with opposite hadn loaded pick up/place down

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a VIPr lateral lunge with opposite hand place down/pick up.  This is a nice variation on the traditional lunge as one must load into the outside hip due to the changing trunk position (moving into flexion).  The trunk is also involved with the upper body due to the need to control the VIPr through the movement.
