Upper and Lower Body Fundamental Exercises

Many clients attend Principle Four Osteopathy seeking advice and guidance on resistance training following an injury or because they are wanting to improve their overall health and wellbeing and movement capacity.  At Principle Four Osteopathy we take a detailed case history and undertake a comprehensive movement assessment to determine where one is at with regards to their movement ability and capacity and we will then prescribe a program that meets that person with where their current level is and then look to program to move them towards their health and fitness goals.  We are big believers in keeping things simple and focusing on the fundamental movement patterns of push, pull, brace, lunge, squat, step etc.  In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating some of these movement patterns.
