Upper Limb Mobility Exercise For The Office Worker

In the image below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy and Corporate Work Health Australia demonstrating a simple upper limb mobility exercise that is great for the office worker.  The office worker needs to simple stretch out the arms to the side and rotate one arm in one direction i.e. palm up and the opposite arm in the other direction i.e. palm down and then move the hands in the opposite direction.  This is a rotation based stretch that can help to relieve tension in the upper limbs.  Perform 3-5 repetitions of each arm and repeat regularly throughout the day.  To find out more about what stretches you could be doing, be sure to touch base with us at Principle Four Osteopathy – 0396709290 or book online via our webpage www.principlefourosteopathy.com
