Upper Limb Mobility Drills

In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating two different upper limb mobility drills that focus on the wrist, elbow and shoulder girdle.  These are great to do on their own to help with improving mobility through the upper limbs or as part of a warm up or cool down following a training session.

When trying these out for the first time, start with a smaller range of motion and controlled speed and increase from there as required.
