Upper Body Vertical Push Pattern With Instability

In the video below you will see osteopath Nathan Burke of Beaconsfield Osteopathy performing an upper body vertical push pattern with instability (weights placed on either side of the barbell with bands) to challenge his overhead push and control through the GH, Scapular and trunk.  This exercise when performed at sub maximal levels is great for training all the muscles of the shoulder girdle and trunk as it requires all muscles to work hard to adapt to the moving load.
