TRX Bodyweight Row | Why I Love The Horizontal Bodyweight Row Exercise

In the video below you will see a demonstration of the TRX bodyweight row.  I am a big fan of prescribing this and variations of this for clients because it requires very little equipment (TRX or bar to hang from).  It also requires the individual to maintain a stable trunk whilst building strength in the upper body pulling movement.  One can vary their grip position, angle of the body relative to the floor (the more the body moves towards being parallel to the floor = increased difficulty).  Whilst I also enjoy prescribing and performing more isolated horizontal pull movements, I will often start clients on variations of this because it requires a full body effort.
