Trapezius Ball Release

In the image below you will see an example of one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a  ball self myofascial release.  One can use a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, spikey ball etc. All they need to do is place the ball between their trapezius and the wall and then lean into it.  One can progress this soft tissue technique by altering pressure or by changing the tool used.
