Training The Tricep Muscles With Dips

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing two common variations of the dip exercise (which loads the chest, shoulders and triceps) facing both towards and away from the dip attachment.  The design of the rogue dip attachment is such that changing these two positions will load the upper body differently.  The more one leans forward when performing the dip, the more one loads their chest and shoulders compared to a more vertical dip movement which demands greater contribution from the triceps.
