Torsonator Lateral Lunge To Frontal Plane Stability Hold

In the video below we will see Physiotherapist Wade Brennan of Central Physio & Health performing a torsonator lateral lunge with frontal plane stability hold.  This is a great exercise as it integrates a full body movement that requires lower limb mobility and stability as well as trunk stability and upper limb control range of movement.  This exercise can be regressed or progressed through varying the range of movement of the lunge and bar movement as well as by altering the weight load.
