The Typewriter Bodyweight Exercise

I was first introduced to the typewriter bodyweight exercise by exercise physiologist and movement enthusiast Yujin Lim.  This is an exercise that requires one to static hold themselves in the upper portion of a chin up position and then slide their head from side to side along the bar, therefore placing an increasing and decreasing load one ones upper body and core and they move away and towards each hand.
