Tall Sitting Single Arm Kettlebell Press

In the video below osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrates a tall sitting single arm kettlebell press.  This exercise requires one to be able to maintain an upright seated posture and eliminates any drive from the legs.  There is also a minimum level of mobility/flexibility required around the hips/lumbar spine to ensure the individual maintains a neutral spine position.  Throughout the pressing movement the aim is to maintain a stable torso and lock control the kettlebell throughout the whole movement.
