Swiss Ball Wall Supported Squat

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a wall supported swiss ball squat.  The swiss ball wall squat is a great exercise for those individuals who would benefit from added stability as well as maintaining an upright neutral trunk position.  The other great benefit of using a wall swiss ball squat is that you can easily adjust the start position with feet which can be used to bias more or less knee or hip dominance in the movement pattern.  Other variables that can be easily played with include speed of rep, sets, reps, depth of movement and use of load.
