Swiss Ball Wall Squats

In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating two different versions of a swiss ball wall squat.  In the first version of the swiss ball wall squat you will see them performing this with a vertical trunk position that biases the training focus on the knees (more quad relative to hips) compared to the second video which has the client allowing their hips to sit back and focusing more of balanced training load on the hips and knees.  Both are great exercises and can be prescribed according to the movement outcomes you are looking for.  The wall and swiss ball was utilized in both of these exercises as it provides external feedback of spinal position as well as some support relative to a bodyweight squat.
