Swiss Ball Push Up Variations

In the image above you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating 2 swiss ball push up variations.  In one version we see the upper body balancing on the swiss ball and the other version the feet.  Both are demanding and require one to stabilise through their trunk as well as upper or lower body.  When performing a swiss ball push up you are likely to find it more challenging than a ground based push up because of the stability demands placed on the body.
