Strict Barbell Shoulder Press

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a strict barbell shoulder press.  The main difference between a strict shoulder press versus a push press is that one is trying to only push the weight above head with movement through the shoulder girdle whilst maintaining stability through the torso.  The push press allows one to drive movement through the legs and body and often allows the individual to press a greater amount of weight overhead.
