Strength Training For Allied Health – April 3rd Elite Sports Performance

If you are currently treating or working with clients who play sport or attend the gym, then this is a must course for you.  This course has been designed to give you a better understanding and practical application of the squat, deadlift, bench press and many other assistance training exercises.

More About The Course

We will be limiting numbers to 25 people for the day.  If we sell out we will also have another strength and conditioning coach in on the day so that we can have a good coach:student ratio.

The course costs $300 (inc GST) and lunch will be provided.

Attendees should wear appropriate clothing on the day so that they can partake in the movement preparation and exercises.  Attendees should bring a bottle of water with them on the day.

Our premises adjoin Pilates on Bourke, a fully-equipped pilates and yoga training space which allows clients to combine their osteopathy treatment with exercise tutorials, pilates or specific training programs and rehabilitation.
