Static Hold Training

Often we will forget to add in exercises that involve us training static holds.  In this video I demonstrate how to train a static hold with knee tuck positioning.  You can train static holding in almost any exercise i.e. push up, squat etc etc.  You can train the body at any part of the movement.  From my perspective it helps to train strength and positioning and lets you add some variety to your training.  Add a few of these into your next training routine and you will know what I am talking about.
