Static Bar Hold

For those of you who are looking for something different to do with your everyday core workout, try out the static bar hold.  In the image below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an angled static bar hold. The aim is to lock the body in a plank and hold this position for as long as you can.  Is much harder than it actually looks.
