Staggered Stance Squat

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a staggered stance squat.  The benefit of performing a squat pattern like this is that it places great demands on the elevated foot side with regards to exploring depth of hip flexion.  Like anything in life, rarely are we performing movements in symmetrical stance and this also helps to build some conditioning into the body in varied start/finish positions.
