Squat With Head Plate Hold – Technique Training

In the image below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a squat with a head plate hold (he is using 10kg plate).  This requires the individual to hold the plate at the front and therefore acts as a gentle counter lever and allows them to work on developing an upright trunk position with the front squat.
