Split Stance Alternating Landmine Twist

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a split stance alternating landmine twist.  This is a variation on the traditional landmine twist (bilateral stance forward with landmine twist to the side).  The main difference between this and the traditional landmine twist is that ones body moves with the landmine (torsonator) and therefore one must work hard to accelerate and decellerate the load.  This is a great exercise for the core.
