Split Kneeling Stance (Narrow Stance) Dumbbell Halo

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a split kneeling stance (narrow stance) to challenge stability through the hip and torso whilst performing a dumbbell halo (upper limb mobility/stability) that has the weight moving across the midline.  This exercise was prescribed as part of the clients movement prep to focus on improving stability and control.
