Split Kneeling Stance Cable Lat Pull Down Variations

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a split kneeling stance cable lat pull down exercise with a number of different pull pattern/grip variations.

The split kneeling stance is a great stance because it challenges ones base of support and requires a combination of hip and trunk stability.  The cable machine is a great tool for performing lat pull downs because each hand is required to pull independently and there is an opportunity for variation of grip positions and pulling patterns.
