Split Kneeling Cable Machine Lat Pull Down

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a split kneeling stance cable machine lat pull down.  This is a great variation on the traditional lat pull down because it requires the individual to stabilise through their hip and torso through a narrow split stance.  Add to this the fact they they have to independently perform a vertical pull movement using the two cables.  One can vary the grip position and pulling patterns as desired.
