Sorinex Overhead Press Combined With Alternating Split Stance

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an overhead press using the sorinex trap machine and then holding an isometric overhead hold whilst transitioning from one split stance to the other.  The benefit of this exercise is that you get to train the overhead press (vertical press) whilst also having to maintain a stable and control torso and lower limb as you transition from one stance to the other.
