Single Side Hip Adductor Mobility Drill

One of my favourite adductor (groin) stretch or mobility drills is the single side hip mobility drill that is shown in the images below.  The individual starts on the ground on their hands and knees and then places one leg out to the side.  They should place the leg out to the side to the point where they feel a gentle stretch.  This can either be performed as a static stretch or as a gentle mobiliser (where one moves back and forth through range of motion).   My individual preference is to add mobility, however you want to be careful and control the movement.
