Single Arm Kettlebell Squat With Alternative Hand Hold

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a single arm kettlebell squat which involves placed the kettlebell on the ground at the bottom of the squat and then switching hands.  This adds a complexity to the exercises and requires the individual to adapt to a different loading pattern through the body.
