Shoulder Stability Training Through Pertubation

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a power band (short lever) circular swing through varying shoulder ranges of movement.  The idea here is to maintain a stiff arm so that the shoulder girdle is required to work to stabilise against the movement distally at the wrist.  The moving band challenges one stability and requires a low level of force to counteract the momentum of the moving band.  This can be performed for time and is a nice exercise to challenge ones deep shoulder stabilisers.
