Shoulder Mobility and Multiplane Vertical Press Exercises

In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating some multiplane shoulder mobility (lightly loaded with 5kg dumbbell) exercises as well as vertical press movements across multiplane planes (sagittal, frontal and transverse plane) with a sub maximal load (10kg dumbbells).   The shoulder has a tremendous amount of mobility available to it and must integrate with the spine to function well and these exercises focus on developing strength through range.
