In the images below you will see a combination of exercises that have been prescribed for a client who has been dealing with a secondary shoulder impingement complaint.  Please note that this client has undertaken several programs combined with treatment prior to this and they have now progressed through this stage of training.  The focus is largely on building pull and push strength with some isolated strengthening work.
