When it comes to the shoulder musculoskeletal complaints, assuming the individuals shoulder is able to be moved without aggravating or placing it at at further unnecessary risk of extending the injury, I will assess their current capabilities (function) and then look to prescribe a specific actively involved (client focused and involved) to getting it moving and stronger.  In the videos below you will see a few different exercises and strategies applied to P4O clients.  Note:  Each of these exercises have been prescribed for a specific reason and it is recommended that you consult with your health professional before trying any of these.
