Short Lever and Thoracic Spine Mobiliser

I was recently reading the book titled “Gift of Injury” that was co written by Brian Carrol (powerlifter) and Stuart McGill and one of the exercises demonstrated in the book inspired me to start performing these again.  This is a short lever (hands wrapped around head) spine and shoulder mobility drill.  It is good for those who struggle with overhead mobility issues as a result of tightness in the shoulders or stiffness in the mid to upper back.
