Seated and Standing Breathing Training

The vast majority of us spend a great deal of our time either sitting or standing.  These are two positions that we should look to practise our breathing in.  The aim is to focus on diaphragmatic breathing (belly out as you breathe in, ribs lateral expand and minimise upper rib breathing movements).  In the images below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating two of these positions.
