Seated Pallof Press – Anti Rotation Trunk Exercise

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a seated pallof press which is an exercise that challenges the individual to work against the rotational pull of the band which is focused on hip, trunk and shoulder stability.  The seated position has been selected in this particular circumstance as the individual knee injury would be at a risk of aggravation whilst standing due to the rotational pull being placed through the lower limb.
