Romanian Deadlift Exercise Variations

In the images below you will see a number of variations on the romanian deadlift that one should consider if looking to vary their training and/or if they are wishing to build strength that requires their body to adapt to either various body positions or ranges of motion.  In the images below you will see an example of how an RDL could be performed with various foot stances i.e. split stances, bar hold i.e. wide bar hold or range of motion (rack pull single leg variation).  These variables should all be considered when one is training regular to ensure ones body has to work to adapt.
